Egyptian president calls on US President ⁢Donald Trump⁣ to exert every effort ⁣to stop the⁢ Gaza war.

According to the‌ English⁢ section of webangah ⁤News ‌Agency,quoting Mehr News Agency and ⁣Cairo Alakhbariyah,Egyptian President Abdel ⁢Fattah el-Sisi has‌ called for a collective⁤ effort to halt the war in Gaza and allow aid into the‌ region.

He⁤ stated that Egypt’s ​position has always been positive, advocating for an end ‌to hostilities ‌through a two-state solution ​and a resolution of the ⁣Palestinian issue.egypt opposes any displacement of the Palestinian people from their ⁢land. Gaza ‍requires between 600 ‍and 700 trucks of aid daily.

El-Sisi emphasized that since October 7, Egypt⁢ remains committed to constructive cooperation with its‍ partners. He highlighted ongoing collaboration⁤ with Qatar and ‍the United​ States aimed at stopping the war, delivering aid, and securing prisoner releases.

Addressing aid priorities for Gaza’s⁣ residents, ​he said Egypt ‍is persistent⁣ to send as much⁤ assistance ⁤as possible. The⁣ volume‌ of supplies waiting at Rafah crossing is substantial and cannot be stopped or blocked by Egypt.

The ​president added⁣ that ethical considerations ⁤prevent Egypt from obstructing humanitarian ‍aid entering Gaza. However, ⁤coordination⁣ with Israel is necessary for this assistance to reach its destination. He⁣ stressed the importance of reopening Rafah crossing from the Palestinian side to facilitate aid deliveries.

El-Sisi⁣ described conditions ⁣in Gaza as tragic⁣ and unbearable, calling for maximum ⁣humanitarian support into the territory. He reaffirmed egypt’s sincere and honorable⁢ role toward its brothers in Palestine will never change. ⁢”We cannot play a negative role toward our brothers⁣ in Palestine,” he declared.

Addressing his American‌ counterpart directly, El-Sisi made a special ‌request: “I ask ⁤US President Donald Trump to use⁤ all his efforts to⁢ stop the war in Gaza and end its‌ suffering.”

He ‌concluded by‌ asserting that it is⁢ time to ⁤bring an end to the fighting in Gaza.
