Kremlin Responds to Trump’s “Ultimatum Game”: “Military Operations Will Continue
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency via izvestia, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov reacted to Trump’s remarks about reducing the 50-day deadline for resolving the war between Russia and Ukraine.
Peskov noted that Russia is closely monitoring Trump’s recent comments and stressed that the special military operation in Ukraine will proceed. Moscow remains committed to pursuing a peace process aimed at resolving the conflict while ensuring russian interests are safeguarded during negotiations.
Yesterday, Trump announced he was cutting the original 50-day deadline he had set for resolving the Ukraine war down to 10-12 days. He claimed that even tho his previous timeline was “generous,” he had seen no progress toward ceasefire talks or an agreement.
