According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing⁢ Mehr News Agency and Al Jazeera, on ⁢Tuesday, 40 Democratic senators sent⁤ a letter to U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio and White House West Asia envoy ‌Steve Witkoff.‍ Without condemning ⁤ongoing crimes⁣ by the Israeli regime, they asserted that prioritizing efforts to ‌establish a ceasefire in‍ Gaza ⁤is essential. They called for resuming negotiations in good faith as soon as possible.

The letter from these 40 Democratic ‍senators makes no mention of the origins of significant obstacles blocking aid delivery to Gaza’s suffering population.
