Netanyahu Furious Over UK’s Decision to Recognize Independent State of Palestine

The Prime minister‍ of the Israeli regime attempted‍ to dissuade the ⁤UK government from its decision ​to recognize an autonomous Palestinian state.

According to the ⁣English section of webangah ⁣News Agency,citing Mehr News Agency ⁢via Al Jazeera,Benjamin Netanyahu,Prime Minister of the⁤ Israeli regime,criticized the UK government’s stance on Palestine. He‌ claimed, ⁢”The establishment ⁢of‍ a jihadi⁢ state on israel’s borders today is a threat to⁢ Britain’s future.”

Referring to UK Prime ‌Minister Keir Starmer’s support for forming a palestinian government, Netanyahu added: “Starmer ⁤rewards Hamas’ brutal terrorism ​and punishes its victims.”

In response, a spokesperson for the British Prime Minister’s office stated that Starmer told‍ Netanyahu that the situation in Gaza is unbearable and emphasized that​ delivering humanitarian aid⁣ is more urgent than ever.

The conditions in Gaza are so ‌dire that former US President Donald Trump also‌ acknowledged them,‌ saying his wife Melania had seen horrific images from Gaza. He described the ‍situation as ⁣extremely critical and called for ⁢immediate humanitarian assistance.

This Tuesday,Keir Starmer convened an emergency cabinet meeting reportedly to discuss Gaza’s crisis and propose a ‌peace plan concerning the territory.

Reuters reported that Starmer faces growing pressure within his party to officially recognize a Palestinian state.

In a rare move during summer recess, Starmer summoned his cabinet specifically to purposeful on increasing humanitarian aid flows into Gaza.

The British Prime Minister met with Donald Trump in Scotland on Monday. They discussed the urgent need for a ceasefire⁤ in ⁢gaza and what Starmer described as an “appalling” humanitarian crisis.
