Trump’s Popularity Among Americans Hits Lowest Level
The latest poll reveals that Donald Trump’s approval rating has fallen to 40 percent, marking the lowest level during his second term, according to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Reuters and Mehr News Agency.
The Reuters/Ipsos survey shows Americans continue to express concerns over Trump’s handling of the economy and immigration policies.
Conducted over three days and concluding on July 28, the survey sampled 1,023 adults across the United States, with a margin of error of three percentage points.
The results reflect a deeply polarized nation: 83 percent of Republicans approve of Trump’s performance, while only 3 percent of Democrats express approval. Approximately one-third of independent voters also support his actions.
Trump’s popularity slipped slightly since the previous Reuters/Ipsos poll conducted on July 15-16, which recorded an approval rating of 41 percent-a decline of one percentage point in this latest survey.
