According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Al-Manar Network via Mehr News Agency, Sheikh Naim Qassem, Secretary General of Lebanon’s Hezbollah, began his speech moments ago at the ceremony marking the first anniversary of the martyrdom of fouad shukr, a prominent Hezbollah commander.
