Former Humanitarian Official Calls Witkoff’s Recent Trip a Media Stunt

Former ⁤contractor for the ⁢Gaza Humanitarian Foundation, known⁤ as the ‌”Death trap” and working under american oversight‌ in Gaza, denounced the management of aid distribution in Gaza as⁤ unethical and a violation of international treaties.

According to the English ⁢department of webangah ‍News Agency, citing⁤ Mehr News Agency, Anthony Aguilar, a former contractor for the⁤ Gaza Humanitarian Foundation, told Al Arabiya⁤ TV that⁤ the way queues are managed for humanitarian aid and ⁤the crowding at distribution points is unethical and violates human principles. Amid a ⁢severe food crisis in the region, women and children are suffering from hunger.

He added that locating aid ⁣distribution centers within conflict zones ⁢breaches international ⁢obligations to protect civilians. Continuing this practice could be considered ‌a war crime.

Aguilar also⁢ criticized ⁣Steve Gutman’s recent visit-the U.S. special envoy to the Middle East-to Gaza. He stated: “Gutman’s ⁢recent visit was a staged media event while people waiting for aid were being killed.”

The contractor⁤ further pointed out ‌that some‌ American citizens are directly involved in these hostilities, which places additional responsibility on the⁤ U.S. government.

Aguilar concluded by affirming his commitment to ‍conveying the truth despite receiving threats: “Despite threats over‍ revealing these ‍realities, I will⁤ uphold my ⁢humanitarian duty to report⁢ them.”
