Wildfires Erupt Across U.S. Forests
More than 12,000 hectares burned after a wildfire erupted in California’s Los Padres National Forest.
According to the english section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency, over 12,000 hectares have been scorched by a wildfire in the Los Padres National Forest in California, USA.
The New York Times reported that around 70 people were evacuated due to the fire and three individuals sustained injuries.
Officials noted that only 5 percent of the wildfire has been contained. They added that dry and hot weather conditions are causing the fire to rapidly spread into rural and sparsely populated areas.
