Ruling Party MP in Germany Calls for Sanctions Against Israel

According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News ⁣Agency and Al Jazeera, the deputy ⁤leader of⁤ the ruling party’s parliamentary ⁤faction ⁤in Germany has called for a review of sanctions against Israel.He emphasized ​that the german government must not‌ remain indifferent to⁤ the current‌ situation in gaza.

He stated that berlin should examine sanction options targeting Israel.

Referring to the possibility of ⁤suspending military aid to Israel, he said one potential sanction could‍ be halting ⁣arms exports to Israel.

The deputy leader of the ​Social Democratic Party faction also‍ added that suspending agreements between‌ Europe‍ and Israel is another option on the table.
