Macron Reacts to Putin and Trump Meeting in Alaska

According ⁤to the English section of webangah News Agency,​ citing Mehr ⁢News Agency ​and Russia Today, French ‍President Emmanuel Macron said Saturday that Ukraine’s future cannot be decided without Ukrainians.

Macron added that Europeans will ‍inevitably play a role in resolving ​the conflict because Ukraine’s issue ​affects their security.

In this context, Al Jazeera reported that Macron emphasized​ in phone calls with the Ukrainian president, German chancellor, and British prime minister the necessity of ⁢European involvement in settling conflicts ⁢in Ukraine.

Kremlin⁣ adviser ⁣Yuri Ushakov previously confirmed ⁢that vladimir Putin and Donald Trump would meet on August 15 in‌ Alaska.
