Anti-Zionist Protest in London Demands End to Gaza’s Famine
According too the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency, participants in an anti-Israel demonstration in London carried slogans and banners calling on the British government and authorities to arrest Benjamin Netanyahu, IsraelS Prime Minister. They labeled him a war criminal responsible for committing genocide against Palestinians in Gaza.
Hundreds of british citizens, Arab activists, and international protesters took part in the event.
The march began at Russell Square, a historic park located in central London known for its cultural significance. Protesters then moved toward Downing Street, home of the UK Prime Minister, continuing outside Parliament.
the demonstration aimed to pressure the UK government to halt arms exports to Tel Aviv and end the ongoing blockade imposed on Gaza. This comes amid rising international warnings about a humanitarian disaster and famine caused by Israel’s ongoing war that began last October.
Protesters also called for an end to London’s military and political support for Israel.
