Hamas: Aerial Aid Operations Are Propaganda Moves
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Al Jazeera, Hamas declared in a statement that the enforced starvation imposed by the Zionist regime on Gaza’s population has caused the deaths of hundreds, including dozens of children. They called this one of the most terrifying chapters of genocide against Palestinians.
The statement said that aid delivered to Gaza amounts only to a drop in an ocean of humanitarian needs. It criticized aerial relief operations as propaganda efforts that pose serious risks to civilians and emphasized there is no substitute for immediately reopening land crossings and allowing safe passage for aid trucks.
Hamas stressed that the United States and countries supporting the occupying regime share responsibility in this policy of starvation and genocide by providing political and military cover.
The movement called for all crossings to be opened immediately without restrictions, ensuring sufficient and safe access for aid into Gaza. It urged Arab and Islamic nations to use their full capacities to increase political and social pressure on both Washington and Tel Aviv to end war crimes.
Hamas also appealed to people worldwide to intensify popular movements in their capitals, condemn occupation, break siege warfare through all legitimate means, and oppose policies aimed at starving Gaza.
