China: Gaza Faces Imminent Famine; Israel Urged to Cease Gaza Occupation
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Al Jazeera, China’s representative to the United Nations spoke today, Sunday, at a Security Council session concerning ongoing Israeli occupation crimes against the oppressed people of Gaza. He stated that conditions in Gaza are rapidly deteriorating adn becoming increasingly risky. the international community must act before the disaster worsens in the Gaza Strip.
The Chinese official added that any attempt to occupy Gaza must be opposed, expressing concern over Israel’s plans in this regard. He urged Israel to abandon all schemes aimed at occupying Gaza.
Beijing emphasized that Gaza is on the verge of famine and noted that Israel’s evacuation orders have affected more than 70 percent of this narrow territory.It called on Israel to open all crossings for humanitarian aid deliveries into Gaza.
