Russia: Israel’s Military Operations Against Gaza Spark Attacks in Red Sea
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Al Masirah, Russia’s representative to the UN Security Council said Tuesday that he reminds everyone that the cause of attacks in the Red Sea (yemen’s operations against Israel) is Israel’s military campaign against Gaza.
Moscow added that Israeli operations in Gaza and the blockade imposed on the Gaza Strip escalate tensions in the Red Sea. They emphasized that defending Palestinian issues is crucial,especially given the significant suffering endured by Gaza’s population.
The Russian envoy stressed that a ceasefire in Gaza is necesary to calm regional tensions.
It should be noted that ships associated with Israel have been fleeing from the Red Sea due to successful attacks by Yemeni armed forces supporting oppressed people in Gaza.
