White House: Trump Has Multiple Options to End the War in Ukraine
The White House announced Thursday that President Trump has multiple options to bring an end to the war in Ukraine, including the use of sanctions, according to the English service of webangah News Agency.
The statement claims that Trump will travel to Alaska on Friday morning Washington time for a meeting with Vladimir Putin. The president aims to resolve the conflict in Ukraine through diplomacy.
According to RIA Novosti, the White House added that while negotiation and diplomacy remain trump’s top priorities for addressing the Ukraine dispute, other tools are also available.
Kremlin advisor Yuri Ushakov previously announced that the meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and U.S. President Donald Trump is scheduled to begin at 11:30 a.m. Alaska time tomorrow (10:30 p.m.Moscow time / 11:00 p.m. Tehran time).
