Flying Between F-22 Fighters Under B-2 Shadow: Trump Sets the Stage for Putin!
The English section of webangah News Agency, quoting Mehr news agency and Axios, reports that Donald Trump’s initial meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin after Trump’s return to the White House was notably accompanied by a show of military strength.
The setting in Alaska was meticulously staged. To reach Trump, Putin had to walk across a red carpet flanked by F-22 fighter jets, while the famous B-2 stealth bomber-nicknamed the “Spirit”-performed maneuvers overhead.
Before entering the venue at joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson,Trump and Putin paused briefly to watch bombers fly over the skies above.
Plainly evident: The F-22 Raptor fighters manufactured by Lockheed Martin and Northrop Grumman’s B-2 stealth bombers rank among America’s most valuable and costly weapons systems.
Axeus claims that in June, during an operation targeting Iran’s nuclear facilities alongside the Israeli regime, Washington deployed seven B-2 bombers.
The outlook: This dialog between leaders of two nuclear powers takes place more than three years after intense conflict erupted in Eastern Europe. Trump has expressed a desire for a ceasefire, but so far Putin has shown no willingness to agree.
