$2 Million Jewelry Heist in the U.S. Completed in 90 Seconds

Four thieves stole over $2 million worth of jewelry from a Seattle store ⁢in just 90 seconds.

According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Al Jazeera,‌ U.S. police announced on Friday that four burglars carried out a daring robbery at⁤ a jewelry store in West Seattle.

The thieves stole approximately $2 million worth of jewelry​ in less​ than 90 seconds, according to the ⁢report.

Police said in a statement that the masked suspects ⁢smashed the glass front door ⁣with a hammer before rushing six ⁤display cases and quickly looting them.

Surveillance footage shows one ‍suspect threatening an employee with spray and a stun gun ‌while other thieves collected‍ jewelry and watches ​from the showcases.

The stolen⁤ items included a ⁤display case containing Rolex watches ‌valued ⁤at $750,000, an emerald necklace worth over $125,000, as well⁢ as various diamond and gold pieces, police reported.

Josh Menash, ‌vice president of the family-owned store,‌ said employees were shocked by ​the incident and that they will close the ⁢shop⁤ for some time.

Menash added that workers have finished clearing broken glass and are now assessing damages.

The police responded ⁢promptly but suspects had already ⁢fled by car.They were not ⁢caught during nearby search operations.

Seattle police ⁢are currently ⁣gathering evidence and analyzing video footage. They have asked potential witnesses to come forward with any data that could help⁣ identify those responsible.
