Massive Manchester Protests Demand Israel’s Expulsion from FIFA + Video
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing the Palestine Information Center, tens of thousands of British citizens, human rights activists, and supporters of the Palestinian cause gathered in central city streets. They chanted slogans condemning Israeli aggression and expressed solidarity with the besieged people of Gaza.
The protesters also called for Israel’s expulsion from the International Federation of Association Football (FIFA). They stressed that Israel’s continued membership violates international laws and sporting principles.
Organizers stated that Israeli crimes against Palestinians-especially the killing of children and ongoing attacks on Gaza-must not go unanswered in both sports arenas and international forums.
Participants carried Palestinian flags and placards bearing slogans such as “Freedom for Palestine” and “Expel Israel from FIFA,” emphasizing the urgent need for global action to halt aggressions and end impunity for the occupying regime.
This demonstration was part of a series of public protests across various European cities condemning Israeli crimes while showing solidarity with Palestinians.
