South Sana’a Power Plant Targeted in Attack

According to the English section of ​ webangah News Agency, citing Al-Masirah via Mehr News Agency, a source from Yemen’s‌ Civil Defense⁣ confirmed that the Hazeez⁣ power ⁣plant located in ⁤Sanhan, south ‍of Sanaa, ⁢was targeted.

The⁤ source added that firefighting teams are currently working to control ⁣the fire caused by this attack.

The general manager of the regional Electricity ‍Production Company also stated that they are assessing the damage with assistance from ⁤Civil Defense authorities.

Hours earlier, Arab​ media outlets reported hearing ​two explosions in Sanaa.

hizam Al-Asad,a ​member ‌of Ansarallah’s political bureau,attributed these explosions to an Israeli regime attack and said: “The ‍criminal and defeated enemy⁢ targets only vital service centers.”
