Calcalist: 12 Days of War with Iran Hurt Israel’s Economy as Much as a Year

An Israeli ​newspaper⁢ acknowledged the severe consequences of Tel​ Aviv’s warmongering⁣ against iran.

According ⁣to ⁤the English section of⁤ webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Al-Masirah,​ the Israeli newspaper Calcalist reported that a 12-day ⁣war with ​Iran set back the Israeli economy by‍ an entire year.

Channel ​13 of ‌Israeli television also cited the Central Bureau of Statistics, reporting that Tel Aviv’s economy showed a decline in positive economic indicators during the second⁤ quarter of⁢ this year. This downturn ⁤marks the first such drop since‍ the onset of the Gaza conflict.

The report stated that war with Iran has negatively impacted Israel’s economic ⁣developments and key ⁤indicators.

Earlier, Maariv had​ acknowledged that conflict with Iran ⁢has⁤ cost Tel Aviv tens of billions of ‌shekels. Some ⁣estimates put this figure at up to $14 billion ⁤USD.

Israeli media further reported that expenses related to attacks on Gaza have ⁢already reached $81 billion USD.
