Palestinian Groups in Lebanon: Our Weapons Remain

Palestinian factions in Lebanon declared: Our weapons are solely linked to the right of return adn the just Palestinian⁤ cause, and ‌as long as palestine remains under‍ occupation, our weapons will remain.

According to the English section of⁣ webangah News Agency, citing Russia Al-Youm via Mehr News Agency,⁤ Palestinian groups in Lebanon stated that the ⁢issue ⁤of⁤ disarming⁢ within the Burj al-Barajneh camp is an internal matter related to the Fatah movement and is unrelated to the weapons held⁤ by Palestinians across refugee camps.

In a statement,Palestinian factions emphasized that media reports claiming plans by Palestinians to surrender thier‌ arms inside refugee camps-particularly Burj al-Barajneh-are wholly false.

The statement clarified that developments inside burj al-Barajneh‌ concern organizational matters⁢ specific to Fatah and have no ⁤connection with Palestinian weaponry in ⁢refugee camps. The groups affirmed⁤ their commitment to⁢ maintaining security and stability within camps⁢ and surrounding areas. They stressed their full adherence to⁣ Lebanese law, respect for Lebanon’s sovereignty and institutions, and called‌ for strengthened brotherly ties between Palestinians and Lebanese people.

The factions reiterated that their arms are exclusively tied to the right of return and the righteous Palestinian cause. ‌They vowed that as long as Palestine remains occupied, their weapons will‍ remain. These arms are reserved solely for fighting against the Zionist enemy until Palestinians achieve their right of return,⁤ freedom, and establish an autonomous state on their land.

It is worth⁤ noting that Lebanese Al-Jadeed TV reported that military vehicles from the ⁤Lebanese Army⁢ entered ‍Burj al-Barajneh camp aiming to collect weapons held by Palestinians there.
