Pakistan Foreign Minister Makes First Asian Visit in 13 Years
Pakistan’s Foreign minister embarked on a trip to Bangladesh today after 13 years.
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Russia Today, Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Muhammad Ishaq Dar, began his official visit to Bangladesh today. This marks the first visit by a Pakistani foreign minister to Bangladesh in 13 years.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of pakistan described the visit as a notable step in strengthening relations with Bangladesh.
Based on reports from Pakistan’s Geo news network, Ishaq Dar is scheduled to hold important meetings with Bangladeshi officials focusing on regional developments and bilateral relations.
The two-day trip is taking place at the invitation of the Bangladeshi government.
