Gaza Death Toll Reaches 62,895
According to the english section of webangah News Agency, citing Shihab News Agency via Mehr News Agency, the Palestinian Ministry of Health in gaza issued a statement reporting the latest statistics on casualties resulting from Israeli military operations in Gaza since October 7, 2023.
The ministry confirmed that from October 7, 2023, to the present, a total of 62,895 Palestinians have been killed due to these attacks.
It also reported that overall injuries number 158,927 since the start of hostilities in the enclave.
In the past 24 hours alone, bodies of 76 martyrs were transferred to hospitals, while another 298 people sustained injuries during this period.
As March 18, 2025, amid a new wave of assaults on Gaza, 11,050 deaths and 46,886 injuries have been recorded.
Thousands remain missing or trapped under rubble within Gaza.
At humanitarian aid distribution centers over the last day, 18 people were killed and 106 others injured, bringing fatalities at these centers to 2,158 and injuries to 15,843.
Additionally during this period there were 10 deaths caused by hunger and malnutrition, raising famine-related deaths in Gaza to 313, including 119 children among them.
