Loud Explosions Heard in Southwestern Suburbs of Damascus
Syrian sources report hearing powerful explosions in the southwestern suburbs of Damascus,the capital of the country.
According to the English section of webangah News agency, citing Mehr News Agency, Syrian sources confirmed hearing two massive explosions near the towns of Kafr Hour and Beit Tima in the southwestern outskirts of Damascus.
No further details have been released so far regarding this incident.
Local sources in Syria reported early Thursday that Israeli warplanes launched several airstrikes targeting areas around al-Lukouh on the outskirts of Damascus.
These sources also stated that Israeli forces bombed areas around Jabal al-Manae in western Damascus suburbs.
The same area was targeted by an Israeli attack on Tuesday, during which six fighters affiliated with Al-Joulani were killed.
