He declared that Tel Aviv’s objective is clear: making Gaza uninhabitable so people will be compelled to migrate.
Fidan condemned extremist Israeli ministers and settlers whose raids on al-Aqsa Mosque escalate tensions. he stressed that Israeli authorities disregard international law entirely.
The foreign minister asserted that Israel opposes forming a new strong Syrian government but vowed Turkey will not allow such policies to continue.
He announced Turkey’s decision to fully cut economic and trade relations with Israel and close its airspace to Israeli planes.
Highlighting ongoing tensions between Israel and Iran as threats to regional security and stability, Fidan warned that Tel Aviv seeks chaos across all countries in the region.
The Turkish foreign minister also noted that blocking humanitarian aid into Gaza has led directly to thousands of Palestinian deaths through enforced starvation policies. He said Israeli aggression now extends beyond Gaza into Jerusalem, the West Bank, Syria, Iran, and Lebanon as well.
