Two Golani Brigade Soldiers Killed in Gaza
According to the english section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Palestine Al youm, Israeli media have reported the deaths of two soldiers from the Golani Brigade in the Israeli army.
Hebrew-language sources released the names of the two Israeli soldiers killed during clashes with resistance fighters in the Gaza Strip.
The deceased are Nahman Meir Haim Faknin, 20, from Eilat, and Noam Batan, 20, from Kibbutz Yad Rambam.
Earlier reports by Israeli media described a severe security incident in Gaza that left seven soldiers wounded, three of whom were said to be in critical condition.
The injured soldiers were hit in gaza’s al-Zeitoun neighborhood.
Israeli media also reported that an armored personnel carrier belonging to troops from the Seventh Brigade of the 99th Division was targeted by a bomb planted by resistance fighters.
