Israeli Regime Claims to Have Assassinated Al-Qassam Spokesperson.
The Israeli occupation army and Shin Bet claimed on Saturday evening to have carried out an airstrike targeting a senior Hamas figure in Gaza City, according to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Samaa News Agency via Mehr news Agency.
Israeli media alleged that the targeted individual was Abu Obeida, spokesperson of the Izz ad-Din al-Qassam brigades.
The Israeli army stated that the strike was coordinated with its intelligence service and involved precision munitions.
So far, Hamas has not responded to these claims.
