The English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency, reported that Arabian RIA Novosti issued an urgent report stating that the Palestinian resistance movement Hamas warned against Israeli rumors concerning the assassination of Abu Ubaida, spokesperson for the Al-Qassam Brigades.
According to this news agency, Hamas released a statement emphasizing: “Hamas warns against rumors about the assassination of Abu Ubaida. The source of these rumors is the occupiers. Such disinformation serves specific intelligence and morale purposes. Occupation media are directed and subordinate to military commands and intelligence units; thus, thay do not publish anything without security guidance.”

This tactic helps gather updated intelligence on them and prepare for targeting operations. We urge our people not to circulate these occupier rumors, which are part of a psychological warfare campaign aimed at destabilizing our internal front.”
