Military Expert: Recent ‘Qassam’ Operation Was Unprecedented
The English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Al Jazeera, reported that Wasef Erekat, a military expert, emphasized that the deadly ambushes by resistance forces in Gaza against Israeli soldiers reveal the occupiers’ weakness and expose the false claims of their battlefield superiority.
He added that recent operations by Qassam forces exposed the low readiness level of Israeli soldiers and showed their failure to anticipate thes attacks. At least six helicopters were deployed to assist with evacuation and transport wounded personnel to Gaza.
Erekat noted significant differences between this operation and previous ones, particularly as it took place at night using various weapons and diverse tactics. This indicates that Palestinian resistance has upgraded its equipment and capabilities to better monitor the Israeli enemy.
