British Embassy in Egypt Suspends Operations
The British Embassy in Egypt announced its temporary closure due to Cairo’s removal of security barriers in front of the main embassy building.
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency, Al Jazeera reported today, Sunday, the closure of the British Embassy in Egypt.
al Jazeera stated that the British Embassy in Cairo issued a statement confirming that the main embassy building was temporarily closed after Egyptian authorities removed security barriers from its front.
The embassy added in its statement that it is indeed currently assessing the ongoing situation regarding this matter.
