Gaza Turns into a Child Graveyard as 660,000 Palestinian Children Face Starvation

While the UNICEF spokesperson warned that Gaza has become​ a graveyard for children, UNRWA emphasized that approximately 660,000 Palestinian children in Gaza are hungry and denied access to education.

The English section of webangah News Agency, citing Al​ Jazeera via ‌Mehr News Agency,‌ reported that​ the ⁤UNICEF spokesperson‍ has warned that Gaza is turning into a graveyard where children lose their lives every day.

The UNICEF spokesperson added, “Children⁤ in ⁢Gaza ⁣are becoming thinner and thinner from ‍hunger, and residents ​no longer have the strength to move. The Israeli attacks on Gaza ⁣City are extensive and⁢ severe. The people of Gaza do not know ​where to go.”

He‍ further stated, “Israeli authorities continue to keep crossing points in Gaza closed and‍ escalate ​famine. The aid entering Gaza is insufficient;⁤ widespread starvation persists,and children ⁤are dying ⁢from hunger.”

The senior international official stressed, “We must take concrete actions ‌to save ⁣the lives⁣ of children in Gaza.”

The United⁢ Nations Relief and Works Agency ⁢for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) also reported that nearly⁢ 660,000 children in Gaza are hungry. Instead of returning to school, they remain hopeless and traumatized.
