Colombian President Warns Against Any Military Aggression Toward Venezuela
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Al Mayadeen via Mehr News Agency, Colombian President Gustavo Petro warned of the consequences of any aggression against Venezuela. he stated, “If an attack on venezuela occurs, what happened in Syria and Iraq will become a reality in the Greater Colombia region.”
He added that if attacked, mass murderers will seize control of territories while governments will become tools for social peace.
Petro emphasized that only national sovereignty can prevail in Bolívar’s great homeland and there must be no foreign obedience in Panama, Ecuador, Colombia, or Venezuela.
The remarks came after Nicolás Maduro said during a press conference on Monday night that Venezuela is surrounded by eight warships carrying 1,200 missiles along with a submarine.
Maduro described the situation as facing the greatest threat this country has encountered in over a century.
