Egypt Calls on Europe to Take Action Against Tel Aviv
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, quoting Russia Today, Egypt’s Foreign Minister Badr Abdelatty emphasized during a meeting with the President of the European Council that the Israeli regime’s occupation policies in Palestinian territory are risky.
He added that the humanitarian situation in Gaza is catastrophic and has reached famine levels. Continuous Israeli attacks and the blockade have worsened this humanitarian crisis.
Abdelatty stressed that regional and international efforts must intensify to achieve an immediate ceasefire in gaza.
He urged the European Union to pressure Tel Aviv to lift the blockade on Gaza, stop attacks on the enclave, and abandon unfeasible conditions.
Abdelatty also called on the EU to take tangible and effective measures to compel Israel to abide by international laws.
