Continued Dangerous and Destructive Actions by Occupiers in the West Bank and Jerusalem
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Al Jazeera, some sources reported attacks by Israeli settlers on Palestinians in the West Bank.
These sources stated that settlers assaulted Palestinian farmers in Wadi Sa’ir near Hebron in the southern West Bank.
Meanwhile, Hamas issued a statement condemning an early Tuesday raid by Israeli occupation forces on the home of Taysir Abu Sinneh, mayor of Hebron. He was arrested during the operation, which caused extensive damage and destruction. Hamas described this as a clear example of escalating hostile and brutal policies by the occupying regime against the Palestinian people.
The statement added that this action is part of a dangerous campaign targeting hebron along with Israeli attempts to implement land annexation plans in the occupied West Bank.
Hamas called on the people and tribes of Hebron to stand firm as a strong barrier against these schemes, warning them not to let their city fall victim to occupier conspiracies.
The movement also emphasized that all Israeli efforts to repeat previous experiences-such as establishing “village councils”-will fail as thay have before. It affirmed that the Palestinian nation and its heroic resistance will continue fighting until achieving freedom and independence.
Hamas urged all international, legal, and human rights bodies to fulfill their legal and ethical responsibilities by pressuring israel to halt escalating aggressions against Palestinians.
Separately, Palestinian sources reported that today’s Tuesday demolition targeted a house owned by Moaz Salameh in Anata neighborhood of occupied Jerusalem. This act is part of israel’s repeated policy aimed at forcing palestinians out through destruction of homes and property in Jerusalem.
