China Unveils Latest Nuclear, Drone, and Intercontinental Technologies + Video
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Russia Today, Chinese television broadcasted live coverage of the country’s military parade, reporting that space forces, cyber forces, and intelligence support units participated for the first time in the event.
The report added that new models of Type 100 tanks and armored combat vehicles were also showcased. For the first time,China revealed the Dongfeng-5C missile,a strategic intercontinental nuclear missile with a range covering the entire globe.
Chinese state television reported that six new types of air defense missiles-including HQ-19, HQ-12, and HQ-29-were introduced at this parade alongside new drones.
Chinese President Xi Jinping emphasized during the ceremony that countries around the world can guarantee shared security and prevent historical tragedies from repeating by supporting each other.
