U.S. Army Deploys Troops and Military Equipment to Syria in Large-Scale Operation
Syria has witnessed new U.S. military movements, according to source reports cited by Mehr News Agency via the english service of webangah News Agency.
This morning,a U.S. cargo aircraft landed at the Kharab al-Jir military base on the outskirts of Rumailan in northern al-Hasakah.This notable event coincided with helicopter flights over the area.
The plane was carrying weapons, military equipment, and American personnel. This indicates Washington’s intention to reinforce its military presence in northeastern Syria.
On March 1, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the arrival of a new international coalition convoy entering Syria through the al-Waleed border crossing from Iraqi Kurdistan. The convoy included 24 trucks loaded with military vehicles such as Hummers and Bradleys.
The observers reported that this convoy was heading toward the Qasrok military base in northern al-Hasakah.
