Putin Praises North Korean Troops in Ukraine War
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Qatar’s Al Jazeera network, North korea’s news agency reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin praised the soldiers from Pyongyang who are fighting alongside Moscow in the Ukraine war during his meeting with Kim Jong-un, north Korea’s leader.
During this meeting, Kim Jong-un also emphasized that Pyongyang will continue supporting Moscow.
Earlier, Russia’s Sputnik news agency reported that Kim told Putin he would unquestionably assist Russia in any way possible, describing it as a brotherly duty.
Putin expressed his satisfaction at having the possibility for a separate meeting with kim Jong-un and stated that relations between Russia and North Korea are developing in a special way.
the Russian president highlighted the role of North Korean soldiers in liberating the Kursk region of Russia. He added that this cooperation fully aligns with the complete strategic partnership treaty between Moscow and Pyongyang.
He further noted: “Russia will never forget North Korea’s role in fighting modern neo-Nazism. The North Korean soldiers fought bravely in the Kursk region.”
