Berlin’s Latest Move Against Tel Aviv
According to the English service of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Erem News, German Foreign Minister Johan Wadephul stated after partially suspending arms exports to the Israeli regime: “At present, I believe no further measures are necessary in this regard.”
Wadephul announced that Germany has stopped sending weapons to Tel Aviv that might be used in the war in Gaza.
He emphasized,”This decision by Germany sends a clear message. Berlin has gone beyond verbal positions taken by other countries and taken practical action.”
The German foreign minister added,”This decision is sufficient at this stage.”
It is worth noting that recently, the German Chancellor announced a partial suspension of Germany’s arms exports to Israel. This move came after Tel Aviv declared plans to expand its military operations and assert control over the Gaza strip.
