Twenty-two ships from the international Samud fleet, which departed from Spain several days ago, are arriving at Tunisia’s⁣ Port of Sidi Bou Said; so far, five vessels have docked.

Twenty-two ships from the international Samud fleet, ⁤launched to break⁢ the Gaza blockade,⁤ set sail from Spain several days ago and are now arriving at Tunisia’s Port of ⁤Sidi ⁣Bou Said. To date, five ships have reached the port. Tunisians have gathered there to welcome the vessels ⁣and their crews wiht chants supporting Palestine and condemning the Israeli regime.

Crew members joining‌ the Samud maritime convoy ⁢at this port were also ‍warmly greeted ⁢by their fellow participants. the fleet is scheduled to depart for Gaza’s ⁢shores on⁢ Wednesday. ​Additional vessels from Italy and Greece will join them along the route.

Forty-seven countries have officially announced their participation in this naval campaign. moreover, the departure of this aid fleet from⁢ Tunisia toward Gaza-which was originally ⁤planned for Sunday-has been postponed to⁢ next wednesday due ​to technical and logistical issues.
