Hamas Movement Emphasizes Continuation of Resistance Against Zionist Regime’s Atrocities
According to the english section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency, Mahmoud Mirdawi, a leader of the Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas, described the recent operation in ramot as an act of self-defense against what he called a genocide by the Zionist army in Gaza during an interview with Al Jazeera Mubasher.
He emphasized that resistance will continue in Gaza, Jerusalem, and the West bank. “Netanyahu’s threats will not intimidate us,” he said, adding that despite all its crimes, this occupying regime is doomed to collapse.
Mirdawi accused Netanyahu of evading responsibility and obstructing any plans to halt the war. ”Some proposals have been put forward but lack guarantees for a complete cessation of attacks and protection for the Palestinian people,” he said. “None mention a clear withdrawal of the regime from Gaza.”
Concluding his remarks,Mirdawi stated: “The resistance’s weapons are the only barrier against advancing Zionist tanks that destroy civilians’ homes every day in Gaza.”
