Shocking Data on High-Rise Building Destruction in Gaza Over Three Days
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing the Palestinian Shehab News Agency and Mehr News Agency, Gaza Civil Defense announced that within the past 72 hours, five high-rise buildings with more than seven floors each-comprising 209 apartment units-were bombed. each apartment housed at least 20 people under the current emergency conditions. This means over 4,100 children, women, and elderly have been rendered homeless.
The report adds that more than 350 tents were also destroyed in these attacks. Each tent sheltered around ten individuals, which translates to about 3,500 people losing their last place of refuge.
In total, approximately 550 families-around 7,600 individuals-are now living outdoors without basic necessities. They face a catastrophic and unbearable reality marked by death, hunger, and extreme heat.
The Gaza Civil Defense emphasized that while Gaza city cries out for rescue at its final moments, the world watches silently.
The organization called on all humanitarian groups and countries worldwide to intervene promptly to save the lives of thousands of innocent people.
Meanwhile, Walid al-Hadouli-a political researcher and analyst-highlighted the intensity of Israel’s war on Gaza. He stated that Netanyahu’s right-wing cabinet’s attacks go beyond any political calculation aimed at ending the conflict.
In an interview with Shehab News Agency, al-Hadouli said that the forced displacement plan supported by Trump-led U.S. administrations encourages Israel to continue what he described as genocide in Gaza. He also pointed to internal factors-including coalition control by extremist parties-that perpetuate aggression.
The analyst added that destroying towers and infrastructure is part of military pressure against supporters of resistance in Gaza; ongoing killings and daily devastation reflect this oppressive military strategy imposed by occupiers.
At the same time,he stressed that Gaza residents’ resilience against displacement efforts-and resistance actions inflicting human and material losses on occupiers-increases the cost of implementing such plans.
Al-Hadouli further noted growing international pressure on Israel alongside global exposure of its crimes. He suggested worldwide initiatives-including attempts like “Fleet of Steadfastness”-could hinder Netanyahu’s schemes and those responsible for these atrocities.
