Yemen: Palestine 2 Hypersonic Missiles Target Occupied Quds
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Al Mayadeen, Yahya Saree, spokesperson for Yemen’s armed forces, stated that the country’s missile unit struck critical targets around occupied Jerusalem with a ballistic hypersonic missile called ”Palestine 2.”
Saree confirmed that the operation was successfully executed and forced millions of Israelis to take shelter.
He added that Yemen’s air force targeted Ramon Airport and two vital sites in the Umm al-rashrash area in southern occupied palestine using three drones. thes drones reportedly hit their targets with precision.
Saree described this missile attack as retaliation against enemy crimes in Gaza and an affirmation of Yemen’s steadfast position in the battle for ultimate victory and sacred jihad.
The Palestine 2 is a hypersonic missile with a range of approximately 2,150 kilometers and a maximum speed near Mach 16. Given its reported flight time of eleven and a half minutes to cover about 2,040 kilometers, its average speed reached nearly Mach 9.
This two-stage solid-fuel missile is designed to penetrate all Israeli anti-missile defense systems, including Arrow, David’s Sling, and Iron Dome.
