Dire Conditions in Gaza Persist Over 700 Days Into the War
According to the English section of webangah News Agency,citing Al Jazeera via Mehr News Agency,the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) has warned that after over 700 days of bombing in Gaza,there is no safe place left in the region.
UNRWA stated, “Every day brings endless suffering marked by fear, destruction, and forced displacement for the people of Gaza. We have repeatedly called for a ceasefire.”
The agency urged the international community to use political will to end the conflict as soon as possible.
Meanwhile, the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza reported that five more people died from hunger and malnutrition in the past 24 hours, including one child.
This raises the death toll from malnutrition in Gaza to 404 individuals, with 141 being children.
Since declaring a famine emergency in Gaza, 126 people have died due to this crisis, including 26 children.
