127 Martyrs and Injured in Israeli Army Attacks on Yemen
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Al-Masirah news outlet, Dr. Anis Al-Usbahi, spokesperson for Yemen’s Ministry of Health, announced that at least 9 people were killed and 118 injured in today’s Israeli attacks on the provinces of Sanaa and Al-Jawf.
The Israeli media agency reported that at least 10 fighter jets participated in these recent strikes over Yemen, firing more then 30 missiles targeting various areas across the contry.
The assaults covered Sanaa and Al-Jawf provinces and struck key buildings including a Central Bank branch and the Civil Registration office in Al-Hazm city, resulting in civilian casualties.
Hours earlier, Israeli warplanes targeted several government centers, media outlets, and civilian infrastructure in Sanaa and Al-Jawf provinces.
Yahya Saree,spokesperson for Yemen’s Armed Forces,stated that Yemeni air defense systems launched surface-to-air missiles during this operation,forcing several Israeli jets to retreat.
