Hamas: Tel Aviv Attacks on Residential Homes Are War Crimes and State Terrorism
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News agency and the Palestine Information Center, Hamas issued a statement today condemning Israel’s airstrikes across Gaza. The statement especially highlighted the attack on the Sultan family’s home in northern Gaza, which killed more than 14 people. hamas called these actions “organized state terrorism and clear war crimes.”
Hamas described the attacks as “an open challenge to the international community and all humanitarian laws and treaties,” coupled with a complete disregard for the consequences of these horrific crimes.
The movement blamed the shameful international failures-including those of the United Nations, supported by the United States-for enabling Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his fascist cabinet to continue committing these atrocities.
Hamas warned that this trend represents a “dangerous precedent” that undermines international legitimacy and destroys humanitarian law’s value and effectiveness.
The statement urged the United Nations, Arab League, and Organization of Islamic Cooperation to assume their legal and moral responsibilities to stop genocidal crimes, starvation, and displacement against the Palestinian people. It called for efforts to prosecute occupier leaders-especially Netanyahu-whose offenses surpass some of modern history’s most heinous crimes.
In another statement, Hamas condemned recent widespread arbitrary arrests by occupation forces in Tulkarm city. It described these acts as further proof of this fascist entity’s criminal nature-knowing only killing, torture, and harassment.
Hamas said these arrests are attempts to humiliate Palestinians through “human chain” detentions as part of collective punishment policies targeting civilians indiscriminately.
The movement referred explicitly to documented arrest operations that reveal confusion among occupation authorities lacking any legal norms. Their approach hinges on killing, genocide, arbitrary detention, violating all human rights standards.
Emphasizing that ongoing aggression-including raids, detentions, repression-in Tulkarm and across West Bank territories will not weaken Palestinian resolve or determination nor bring any security or stability for this criminal occupier, Hamas added such actions will deepen its political-security crisis as its true brutal face is now visible worldwide.
The statement concluded by calling on Palestinians in West Bank areas to unite in steadfast resistance against colonial oppression using every means possible-to thwart sinister plans for annexation forced displacement-and domination over West bank lands.
