Ezzat al-Resheq: Netanyahu Is Driving the Region Toward Explosion
Ezzat al-Rishq, a senior member of hamas, said on Sunday-coinciding with the arrival of Arab and Islamic officials in Doha-that israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu aims to redraw the Middle East map and assert control over it. These actions have brought the region to the brink of explosion, according to al-Rishq.
Al-Rishq condemned the attack on the Hamas negotiation team in Doha as a clear expression of Netanyahu’s intent to destroy the negotiation process and weaken Qatar’s role. He praised Qatar for its extensive efforts to advance negotiations and halt the humanitarian disaster in Gaza, emphasizing that Qatar is paying a high price for its honesty and active mediation role.
He concluded by stressing that the upcoming Arab summit in Doha must produce decisive measures to halt aggression against Gaza,lift its blockade promptly,protect Arab countries’ national sovereignty,and guarantee their collective security.
