Istanbul Residents Rally in Support of the Global “Sumud” Fleet
A gathering took place in Istanbul’s Fatih neighborhood after Isha prayer,organized by the Association for Rights,Thought,adn Free Education. The attendees showed their support for the global Samud Fleet, which has set out from 44 countries aiming to break the blockade on Gaza, according to webangah News Agency.
The event began with recitations from the Quran, followed by performances of songs expressing solidarity with gaza and the global Samud Fleet.
Rezvan Kaya,head of the Association for Rights,Thought,and Free Education,stated during the gathering: “For two years we have stood in support of Gaza’s resistance people who have not bowed before their enemy despite thousands of martyrs; Zionist history is a history of massacre and brutality. Muslims have long spoken out about this reality, but now the whole world is aware of their cruelty.”
She continued: “The global Samud Fleet condemned Zionists worldwide. Thousands from various countries and religions united against the occupiers. this represents one of the greatest achievements for Gaza’s people.”
