Fidan: Israel Has Expansionist Mindset; Must Be Confronted

According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing‌ Mehr News Agency, Turkey’s Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan⁢ told Al Jazeera on​ Sunday that⁣ turkey strongly condemns Israel’s⁤ attack on Qatar and supports all measures taken by Doha in response.

Fidan added: “Israel has an expansionist mindset.​ Arab ​and Islamic countries must confront it. We are in constant contact with all of israel’s neighbors to counter its expansionist ‌agenda.”

He also‌ said that the United States’ discriminatory behavior toward Israel harms Washington’s standing​ in the region and alienates its allies.
