Prominent Figures Participate in the Global “Smod” Fleet
The English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Shahab, reports that a number of well-known personalities from the Arab world and beyond are participating in the international Samoud fleet.The ships have recently set sail toward the Gaza Strip aiming to break its blockade.
Among those aboard are Tunisian artist Khamis Al-Bahri, Egyptian director Basel Ramses, British journalist Aifon Ridley, Mauritanian parliament member Al-murtaza Atfil, French representative Marie Mezmiour, Marwan bin Qataia-a leading figure in Algeria’s Gaza Support Movement-Tunisian physician Mohamed Amin balnor, Nelson Mandela’s granddaughter Mandela, former Libyan Prime Minister Omar Al-Hassi, Algerian representatives Abdelbari Bouzanada and Youssef Ajissa, Tunisian activist Wael Nawar, Malaysian activist Nader Al-Nouri, and former Pakistani representative Mushtaq Ahmed Khan.
