Israel Continues Military Activities in Southern Lebanon

The Israeli⁢ army continued its repeated ​violations of Lebanon’s​ sovereignty today by firing shots near the town of Kfarchouba​ in ⁢the surrounding highlands, according to webangah News Agency.

The ‍gunfire originated‍ from the Israeli military base at ​Roissat al-alam and targeted areas around Kfarchouba.

Details⁤ on any ​damage or casualties resulting from this attack have not yet been reported.

Despite ​the ceasefire agreement, daily violations of Lebanese airspace and territory by Israel have become ⁢routine. The Israeli military still occupies five positions in southern Lebanon.

Since the ceasefire with Lebanon took⁣ effect on November 27, 2024, Israel has violated it over 3,000 times, causing deaths⁢ and injuries among lebanese civilians and fighters.
